The apartment is a fully self-contained cottage annexe off the owners own bungalow and it is all on ground floor level.

Self-Catering accomodation is in a twin bedded room with Ensuite Shower room with washbasin and W.C.

There is a fully fitted Kitchen with full size appliances. A comfortable cozy Lounge  with a feature fireplace and Log Burner.  The apartment has its own decked balcony* with marvelous views over open fields and countryside.

The Elham Valley area of Kent is Ideal for walking and rambling, with a myriad of local footpaths bridleways and forestry tracks including The Elham Valley Way and The North Downs Way. Other recognized routes such as The Saxon Shore Way and The White Cliffs Country Trail are a short drive away.
